October Gathering:
- Thursday, October 16: Welcome dinner
- Friday, October 17: Breakfast, lunch, and snacks provided. Dinner is open, with an optional group reservation at Brodeur’s Bistro, a local favorite with Montreal and New Orleans influences — fitting our Across Borders theme.
- Saturday, October 18: Breakfast and lunch provided. Conference concludes at lunch.
- Optional Field Trip: For those staying longer, join us after lunch on Saturday for a visit to Fort Langley National Historic Site. Known as the birthplace of British Columbia and a central site in the Oregon Boundary dispute, Fort Langley and its surrounding village offer history, culture, and a charming afternoon experience.
